The First 90 Days for Nonprofit Executive Directors

The 90-Day Exec for Nonprofit Leaders program focuses on leadership development and operations mastery for nonprofit leaders who have held the Executive Director role for 2 years or less, as well as Executive Directors who have been in position for longer, but who seek foundational knowledge to improve confidence and performance.

The 90-Day Exec for Nonprofit Leaders program includes an initial assessment to help new leaders identify strengths and areas of improvement. Over the course of 3 months, participants will access weekly content including powerful training videos and assignments. Participants are held accountable through weekly group coaching AND monthly 1-on-1 leadership coaching with our seasoned nonprofit leaders. As a bonus, participants will receive a membership to Maryland Nonprofits, to receive discounts on the annual conference, and ongoing training!
